  2. Yea, I am. I feel better with making Japanese sounds more than French ones. But hopefully doing this will change that.

Another reason may be because I'm more familiar with the Japanese text I was reading cause i read it many times before.

Now, as for the comments - I haven't been able to 'attract' Japanese speakers as I have French speakers. I wonder why...

  3. Nice to meet you.
I'm a japanese and I'm learning English recently.

I've just checked your japanese pronunciation.
I think it was great and I have an advice for you.
    You sholdn't raise termination of「DESUKA?(ですか。)」.

I hope my advice will be help for your japanese study.

  4. This is a japanese version.
    初めまして。
    私は最近英語を勉強している日本人です。

    丁度あなたの日本語の発音を聞きましたが、上手でしたよ。
    それと、一つアドバイスですが、「ですか。」の語尾は上げない方が良いです。

    アドバイスが役立てば何よりです。

  6. Actually, I do understand it better now. I didn't know you were saying "Malaysia". Also, I heard "mama desu" instead of "Mana desu", which also confused me a bit. Otherwise it was pretty clear (although I could not remember what "kaban" or "kagi" mean - thank goodness for Google).

Just how many languages do you speak? I didn't know you've had experiences with Japanese. There is indeed much to learn about you, isn't there? lol

  8. I'm not really a polyglot - I think we just have similar taste in languages. My Japanese is quite rusty, but there was a period when I studied it intensely.
